I'm always up for another cool game that peaks my interests. Any new IP that looks this good so far deserves a spot on my "watch" list.
It's as simple as that. I like how it is something different in terms of the T-hunt with buddies and that the single player story was rather fun to play through so far. It's not nearly as bad as GRAW 2 was in terms of sequals and the graphics not being much better than the first don't bother me. They may be bland but it's the core game play that makes the game fun.
RS:V2 is a great game and I have enjoyed it thus far. I like the changes they have made to the ranking system and enjoy the challenges of getting all the gear unlocked. However, to compare it to COD4 is silly. They both are great and deserve their own spotlights.
As to why people would buy the format let alone why anybody would find the story interesting enough to write about it... Sorry folks, but the format is dead and BD is the new DVD to come.
...
Other than lighting it looks the same. Can't wait to play it myself. I loved the T-hunt on MP too and can't wait to get some online gaming going.
How many of these issues Sony faces in a single year? Corporations are used to this crap and IMHO Sony will just do what it needs to get the fight done and over with. Even if it takes a small loss out of court it will still have the majority of ownership in the tech idea than some lady that claims to have "thought" it up first. These allegations are silly some times.
This game is made for people who want to race fancy cars and have fun at it all day long. People who want a sim that takes a bit of getting used to can play something else. I love GT for it's ease of use and who cares if the physics are a bit off. I play it to collect the cars and drive with 15 others online. It suits me fine and looks awesome!
They just don't seem to know better. Nothing new in terms of big corporations.
It's just sad. Charging for weapons in the beta? I thought doing this for retail versions was bad but now they're screwing the beta people over? Way to go EA...
I dissagree with your being able to download true HD movies at all. In fact, the average download plays at the same speeds as DVD (6Mbps) and a true HD movie like BD has a bitrate of about 24 to 40. Just taking that into account you can see that if I am going to spend 1500 to 2500 dollars for an HDTV capable of true 1080p then I am certainly not going to settle for crap downloads that don't do true HD.
As for the 20 min. downloads for HD movies, one they're not rue HD and second, ...
Glad to see they didn't go overboard and make it some silly olive drab green and gold or the color of some ammo box. They seem to have kept it simple and that is a nice touch. Kudos Sony!
Cue music: Mama Said Knock You Out
"Don't call it a comeback".
Anybody that decided the finalle of the format war only one year into the life of the PS3 was sadly out of line and should have checked themselves. Not saying who would win or will win here but I am saying that we will not know the outcome until the end... If that was not an obvious point in the first place... lol
They just nitified me of both being shipped this morning. I also got Hot Shots Golf since I needed something other than Tiger Woods to help curb my golf needs at the moment. lol
Sorry, I play COD4 all the time so I am in no hurry for In-Game XMB. As for this next update, YAY!
I am excited about this one. It looks to be a good one IMHO.
The PSN allows for an inexpensive way for smaller developers that have games not so normal to sell what they have to offer. Live is a great service but the arcade is more of a rehash of some old titles that were ok then and ok now. There are some great titles on XBLA but there are some great and fresh titles on the PSN. I think he was talking more along the lines of ease of developement and ease of getting content on the PSN versus the XBLA and MS's closed network. Not agreeing or dissagreein...
360zine and PCzine so my guess is it's not about the "zine" at all but the editor of that article's point of view or opinion.
GREATLY!
Can't wait for this one. No matter the size, it is sure to be a great game.
I played the crap out of the first RS:V and was looking into buying the PS3 version of the game since it is the console I play COD4 on most. Some of the guys were thinking about getting it for the PS3 but now I know it will be a Gamefly game for both the PS3 and 360. Cheres for Gamefly!
Mine is racist too! It has way more white milk than chocolate milk! Sick SOB’s!
